Abstract: The general objective of the study is to investigate the factors that influenced accounting graduates’ intention to be a MIA membership by using Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) model. This study is also designed with two specific objectives:

• To identify variables that significantly predicts the intention to be MIA member.
• To investigate the strength of factors that are related to the intention to be MIA member.
